I have to applaud any dog owner who diligently goes around with bags in their pockets to pick up their dogs’ poo in public places.
What I can never understand is why anyone would have bags with them, pick up the poo, tie up the bag, and then dump the laden bag on the ground as litter.
That’s just lunacy. Maybe it only happens in Merseyside.
